If an offense is punishable under Section 155.208 of this code and also under Section 155.213 of this code, the punishment prescribed by Section 155.213 of this code controls. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1685, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
