On receipt of the comptroller's certification, the attorney general shall bring suit to forfeit the charter or certificate of authority of the corporation if a ground exists for the forfeiture of the charter or certificate. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1705, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
