A person subject to the tax imposed by this subchapter shall acquire the permit required by Section 182.086 of this code. Application, issuance, and suspension of the permit are subject to Sections 182.087 and 182.088 of this code. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1724, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
