A common carrier shall keep for each sale under this chapter:(1) an account of the sale;(2) expenses allocated to each article sold;(3) a copy of each notice of sale; and(4) a copy of the bill of sale. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
