(a) The department may enforce this chapter by revoking or suspending a lease or permit.(b) The department shall notify the attorney general of a violation of this chapter. The attorney general may bring suit to enforce this chapter in a district court of the defendant's county of residence.(c) The court may enforce this chapter by injunction or other appropriate legal process.
