§ 22.015

To enforce an ordinance, resolution, rule, or order adopted under Section 22.014(a), a local government, by ordinance or resolution as appropriate, may appoint airport guards or police, with full police powers, and establish a penalty for a violation of an ordinance, resolution, rule, or order, within the limits prescribed by law. A penalty is enforced in the same manner in which a penalty prescribed by other ordinances or resolutions of the local government is enforced. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
