A local government has a lien on personal property to enforce the payment of a charge for repairs or improvements to, or the storage or care of, the property if the property is made or furnished by the local government or its agents in connection with the operation of an airport or air navigation facility owned or operated by the local government. The lien is enforceable as provided by law. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
