(a) Each constituent agency shall deposit in a joint fund created and maintained to provide the joint board with money for expenditures necessary to carry out this subchapter the agency's share of the fund as provided by the joint agreement.(b) Federal, state, or other contributions or loans and the revenue obtained from the joint ownership, control, and operation of any airport or air navigation facility under the jurisdiction of the joint board shall be deposited to the credit of the joint fund.(c) Disbursements from the fund shall be made by order of the joint board, subject to the limitations prescribed by Sections 22.079-22.082.
