A person may not navigate an aircraft in this state, whether for commercial, pleasure, or noncommercial purposes, unless the aircraft is licensed and registered in the manner provided by the Federal Aviation Administration. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
