A person who has been issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate may not be issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate before the fifth anniversary of the date the person was previously issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
