A person may not be a member of the board if the person has a conflict of interest or a direct or indirect interest in any business affected by or connected with the performance of the person's duties as a pilot commissioner. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
