§ 67.040

(a) A branch pilot's license expires on the fourth anniversary of the date it is issued or renewed.(b) A deputy branch pilot's certificate expires on the second anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
