A deputy branch pilot certificate may be suspended or revoked by the board in the same manner and for the same reasons as provided for the suspension or revocation of a branch pilot's license by Section 67.043. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
