§ 67.062

(a) An application for a change in a pilotage rate may be filed with each commissioner of the board by:(1) one or more pilots; or(2) the owner, agent, or consignee of a vessel navigating to or from a Galveston County port.(b) The application must contain:(1) a brief statement of the circumstances that warrant the change; and(2) a certification that the applicant has submitted copies of the application to all known pilots, consignees, and associations of consignees operating in Galveston County at the time of the application.
