§ 68.040

(a) A branch pilot's license expires on the fourth anniversary of the date it is issued or renewed, provided that no pilot may furnish pilot services under authority of a license after the pilot's 68th birthday.(b) A deputy branch pilot's certificate expires on the second anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed.
