(a) The board may require that certification under Section 68.035(b)(1) be executed annually.(b) The board randomly from time to time may require a branch pilot or deputy branch pilot to provide the board with certification by a medical doctor that on the date of the certification the body of the pilot is free of evidence of the presence of illegal drugs or chemicals.
