(a) The board shall file a copy of its order with the county clerk.(b) The board shall file the order not later than the 20th day after:(1) the closing date of a hearing held as provided by Section 68.064(b); or(2) if a hearing is not held, the expiration of the 20-day period provided by Section 68.064(a).
