Monthly, the association may retain from fees collected on behalf of each branch pilot, as consideration for services rendered, a pro rata share of 1/12th of the association's necessary operating expenses according to its budget. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
