The association shall provide for the use and benefit of each branch pilot member:(1) real property and buildings suitable for use as a pilot station;(2) appropriate communications facilities;(3) pilot boats for transportation to and from vessels; and(4) other equipment and facilities authorized by majority vote of the members of the association.
