The association may receive from Brazos Pilot Service, Inc., a conveyance of all real and personal property owned and held by that company if all shareholders of the company consent in writing to the transfer. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
