A person who has been issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate may not be issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate before the fifth anniversary of the date the person was previously issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 359, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
