(a) All or any part of a railroad company's real and personal property is subject to execution and sale in the same manner as the property of individuals.(b) No portion of a railroad company's real or personal property is exempt from execution and sale.(c) The rolling stock and all other movable property belonging to a railroad company is considered personal property.
