The owner or operator of a street railway shall transport free of charge a child younger than six years of age when attended by a passenger who is at least six years of age. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 2.03, eff. April 1, 2011.
