§ 172.105

(a) The commissioners court that appointed a director may remove the director from office for neglect of duty or malfeasance in office after:(1) at least 10 days' written notice to the director; and(2) a hearing before the commissioners court.(b) At the hearing on the question of removal of a director, the director is entitled to be heard in person or through counsel.
