(a) The board shall hold at least one regular meeting each month to conduct district business.(b) The president may call a special board meeting.(c) Chapter 551, Government Code, applies to board meetings, except that notice of a board meeting shall be posted at the administrative office of the district and at the courthouse in the county in which that office is located.
