District property, material purchases, revenue, and income and the interest on a bond or note issued by a district are exempt from any tax imposed by this state or a political subdivision of this state. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 2.04, eff. April 1, 2011.
