In developing each of its transportation plans and policy efforts, the department must:(1) clearly reference the statewide transportation plan under Section 201.601;(2) include in the plan or policy effort the transportation system strategies, goals and measurable targets, and other related performance measures established under Section 201.601(a-1)(1); and(3) specify how the plan or policy effort supports the specific goals established under Section 201.601(a-1)(1).
