(a) The department annually shall review its proposed road projects to determine whether the projects are adequate to allow for the projected volume of highway traffic resulting from international trade over the five-year period following the date of the review.(b) The department may reassign priorities to its projects in accordance with the results of its review.(c) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1312, Sec. 99(30), eff.
