(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the attorney general, at the request of the commission, shall bring and prosecute a condemnation suit of the commission under this subchapter.(b) At the request of the attorney general, the appropriate county or district attorney or criminal district attorney shall prosecute the suit.(c) The suit shall be brought in the name of this state.
