The payment procedures specified by Sections 203.060, 203.061, and 203.062 are in addition to any other procedure or method authorized for the issuance of a warrant by the comptroller on request of the department. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
