(a) Section 222.032 applies to a bridge over a stream forming the boundary of this state and an adjoining state.(b) If the bridge is constructed jointly by this state and the adjoining state, the commission may cooperate with the appropriate authorities of the adjoining state in imposing tolls in accordance with this section.
