§ 224.008

In the acquisition of a highway right-of-way by or for the department, the cost of relocating or adjusting utility facilities, which cost may be eligible under law, is a cost of the acquisition. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
