§ 225.002

(a) A local government may assign a memorial or other identifying designation to a part of the highway system.(b) A part of the highway system assigned a designation under Subsection (a) may be marked only with the regular highway number. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
