(a) Farm-to-Market Road 390 in Washington County is a scenic highway.(b) The department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as a scenic highway, and any other appropriate information.(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the scenic highway and at intermediate sites along the highway that the department determines are appropriate.
