STOKER, JR., HIGHWAY. (a) The parts of Farm-to-Market Road 503 from Valera to Farm-to-Market Road 1929 and Farm-to-Market Road 1929 from Farm-to-Market Road 503 to U.S. Highway 83 are the Ray C. Stoker, Jr., Highway.(b) The department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the Ray C. Stoker, Jr., Highway, and any other appropriate information.(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.
