DIXON, JR., MEMORIAL PARKWAY. (a) United States Highway 87 from its intersection with Interstate Highway 410 in Bexar County to its intersection with Loop 1604 is designated as the Bishop Ernest T. Dixon, Jr., Memorial Parkway.(b) The department shall design and construct memorial markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the Bishop Ernest T. Dixon, Jr., Memorial Parkway, and any other appropriate information.(c) The department shall erect a memorial marker at each end of the parkway and at intermediate sites along the parkway that the department determines are appropriate.
