(a) State Highway 195 from Interstate Highway 35 to the terminus of State Highway 195 in Killeen is designated as the Phantom Warriors Highway.(b) The department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the Phantom Warriors Highway, and any other appropriate information.(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the highway and at any appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.(d) In this section, a reference to Interstate Highway 35 or to the terminus of State Highway 195 in Killeen means the interstate highway and terminus as they existed on January 1, 2003.
