(a) The part of NASA Road 1 from State Highway 146 to Interstate Highway 45 and the part of Farm-to-Market Road 528 from Interstate Highway 45 to State Highway 35 are designated the NASA Parkway.(b) The department shall design and construct markers indicating the highway number, the designation as the NASA Parkway, and any other appropriate information.(c) The department shall erect a marker at each end of the parkway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the parkway.(d) This section does not affect the designation of part of Farm-to-Market Road 528 as the Ralph I.
