BENTLEY III MEMORIAL LOOP. (a) State Loop 256 in the city of Palestine is designated as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop.(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bascom W.
