In this chapter, 'sight distance' means the unimpaired view of a motorist at or near the intersection of a road with another road or with an alley, driveway, or another way intended for vehicular traffic. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
