§ 257.118

(a) Bonds issued by a road district under this subchapter shall be:(1) issued in the name of the road district;(2) signed by the county judge of each county included in whole or part in the district; and(3) countersigned by the clerk of each of those counties.(b) The seal of the commissioners court of each county included in whole or part in the district must be impressed on the bonds.(c) The bonds must be attested by the treasurer or depository of the district.(d) As nearly as practicable, the bonds shall be issued in the form used for the issuance of county bonds, except as provided by this section.
