(a) A receiver appointed for a project may enter, take possession of, and maintain the project.(b) A receiver may collect all revenues and tolls from the project in the same manner as the county.(c) A receiver shall dispose of the money collected in accordance with the obligations of the county under the bond instrument and as the court that appoints the receiver directs.
