(a) The hearing officer shall issue a decision stating:(1) whether the person charged is liable for a violation of the order; and(2) the amount of the fine and costs to be assessed against the person.(b) The hearing officer shall file the decision with the county clerk.(c) A decision of a hearing officer filed under Subsection (b) must be kept in a separate index and file. The decision may be recorded using a computer printout, microfilm, microfiche, or a similar data processing technique.(d) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 963, Sec. 2(b), eff.
