(a) Not later than the 10th day after the date the commission files a report under Section 314.023 with the court, a party affected by the decision of the commission may file with the court an objection to the decision.(b) If an objection is not timely filed:(1) the determinations of the commission become final and binding on the parties and their heirs, successors, and assigns and may not subsequently be questioned in any proceeding; and(2) the judge shall enter the report in the records of the court and adopt the report as the court's.(c) The judge may issue process as necessary to enforce a judgment under Subsection (b)(2).
