§ 342.107

The holder of a license to operate a ferry shall:(1) at all times maintain good, safe, and substantial boats in sufficient number to readily accommodate the public;(2) keep the banks used by the ferry in good repair and graded so that the ascent from the water's edge to the top of the bank does not exceed one foot in height for each seven feet from the water's edge; and(3) readily attend a passenger wanting to cross with animals or other property.
