A district may impose tolls and other charges for the use of a toll road project and may use toll revenue to retire outstanding indebtedness issued to pay the costs of a road providing service to the district. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
