§ 367.003

For any public purpose, a municipality may acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, equip, operate, or maintain a toll bridge over a section of the Rio Grande that forms the border between this state and the United Mexican States. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 25, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
