An authority may lease, sell, or convey in any other manner a transportation project to a governmental entity with the approval of the governing body of the governmental entity to which the project is transferred. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1325, Sec. 2.01, eff. June 21, 2003.
