An authority may establish a system under which an owner of a motor vehicle may pay an additional fee or toll that entitles the vehicle to have priority in boarding a ferry operated by the authority. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 877 (S.B. 1131), Sec. 7, eff. June 17, 2005.
