§ 391.070

(a) The combined license and permit fees under this subchapter may not exceed $10 for a commercial sign erected and maintained by a nonprofit organization in a municipality or a municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction if the sign relates to or promotes only the municipality or a political subdivision whose jurisdiction is wholly or partly concurrent with the municipality.(b) The nonprofit organization is not required to file a bond as provided by Section 391.062(a)(3).
